Our Orlando family fun villa has four bedrooms
and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.
It is fully air conditioned and heated throughout.
Entering the villa via the foyer, you will find
a computer with high speed Internet access, allowing you to surf the
web free of charge.
Furthermore, phone calls to all local and national numbers and to
international numbers (landlines only) in Canada, the UK, Ireland,
France, Spain and Italy are free of charge, so you can contact
family and friends back home without worrying about running up a
large phone bill!

LIVING AREA
The open plan living space has high ceilings and
attractive ceramic tiles, which contribute to the great sense of
light and space. It comprises two distinct areas: an elegantly
furnished dining area, and a sitting area with comfy sofas, coffee
table and a huge 52" projection TV with digital cable, DVD
player with a collection of family oriented movies.
The American style kitchen is fully equipped
with a large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, an oven and hob, a
dishwasher, a microwave oven and a waste disposal unit. You will
also find all the small appliances, utensils and tableware needed to
make your stay a home from home. The convenient breakfast bar is the
place to grab a quick snack when the dining area seems a touch too
formal.
There is a separate utility room with a washing
machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

BEDROOMS
The villa boasts two en-suite bedrooms. The
Master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV with digital cable and a
walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has both a shower and corner
bath.

The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and an
en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms three and four share the villa's third
bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth is a
children's bedroom. Kids will love this room, decorated with their
favourite Disney characters, colourful bunk beds and easy chairs in
which they can relax and watch digital cable TV or play on the
PlayStation 2 from a selection of child friendly games.
Bed linen, pillows, blankets, bath and pool
towels are provided for eight guests.

GAMES ROOM
It wouldn't be a family fun villa without a games room, and we're
certain you'll love our 50s diner style games room. The cool
décor makes it a great place to enjoy a game of pool, air
hockey, table tennis, foosball or darts, or just sit at the chrome
bar table with a drink and watch the action - the choice is yours!

POOL AND DECK AREA
The screened pool and deck area, accessible from the sitting area
via a sliding French window, is the place to relax and enjoy the
Florida sun, taking a dip in the pool to cool off. For those who
visit during the slightly cooler months, the pool has heating,
making it inviting all year round. It has underwater lighting with
steps leading down into the shallow end. The shaded lanai is a big
bonus, especially during the hottest months. Furnished with sun
loungers, a table and chairs, it alows you to relax outside by the
pool whilst staying in the shade. There is nevertheless plenty of
room around the pool to sunbathe.
There is also a gas powered grill so that you can prepare a
delicious BBQ and enjoy dining al fresco beside your private pool.
There is direct access to the second bathroom from the pool deck,
which conveniently avoids having to go though the living area.
Contrary to many villas in Florida which are overlooked from both
sides, the rear of our villa is screened by a fence on three sides,
thus providing privacy when using the pool and deck area.

The villa is located in the pleasant and
peaceful residential area of Bridgewater Crossing, an upscale
residential development set amidst a protected nature reserve with a
large 40 acre lake, ponds and wetlands.

Guests at our family fun villa are free to use
the communal facilities with no charge. They are all impeccably
maintained by the local housing association and include a large
swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, a basketball court, a
volleyball court, a children's playground and a picnic/barbeque area
overlooking the lake.

It is 8 miles and an easy 10-15 minute drive
from the villa to the entrance of the Walt Disney World Resort,
comprising the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, the Animal Kingdom and Disney
MGM Studios. There are many other parks and attractions nearby;
check out our attractions page for more
details.
Several golf courses are nearby - in fact, there
are 5 courses within less than 4 miles! The world class Championgate
Golf resort, a 36 hole facility designed by Greg Norman and opened
in 2000, is just 2 miles away. The prestigious Reunion Golf Resort
boasts three 18 hole courses and is also practically on your
doorstep. You can leave the villa and be teeing off at the first
hole in a matter of minutes!
For your sightseeing excursions further afield,
the main route into and out of central Florida, the Interstate 4, is
less than 2 miles away, close enough to be convenient but far enough
away to avoid noise disturbance. This means you can plan easy day
trips to the East coast (Daytona Beach, the Kennedy Space
Center…) and to the Gulf coast (Tampa Bay, Clearwater, St
Petersburg).
